(Age 8-12) Are you having trouble picking what class to sign up for? Well this is the class for you. This 8-week class will have a sample of the youth fitness classes that Buehler has to offer. Some of the activities that this program will include are; TRX, Cycling, Running drills, strength exercises, plyometrics, speed drills, and many more. We will do each of these 2 times per session.
Class age range: 6 years to 12years11 months
