Stick and Puck sessions are an opportunity for hockey players of all ages to get out on the ice to practice their skating and stick handling skills with
a puck. These are non-competitive sessions and no scrimmaging is allowed. We recommend that all participants arrive at least 30 minutes prior
to start time as only 20 players and 4 goalies are allowed per session. All spaces are filled on a first
come, first serve basis. Adults are not included in the Family Stick and Puck player count.
Requirements: Skaters that are under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and wear full equipment including helmet with cage. Players that are 18 and older must wear a helmet,
gloves, and skates at minimum. No organized practices or scrimmaging is permitted.
