I want to register for programs online, but I keep getting an Address Verification System (AVS) mismatch error.

The Address Verification System (AVS) is used to verify the address of a credit card holder. The system checks the billing address you provide to see if it matches the address on file at the credit card company. Make sure the billing address you provide matches your credit card’s billing address.


I'm trying to add a family member to my account, but it says the account already exists.

The email address you provided has already been used as a primary account holder. Please click “Reset Password” with this email address to retrieve the previously used password. If needed, you can associate multiple “child” accounts under one primary account; please visit or call your local YMCA membership desk for assistance.


What's the difference between a member and program member?

Members pay a monthly membership fee and receive discounts up to 50% on paid programs. Program Members just register for individual programs without joining the Y as a Member.


How can I find (and distinguish between) free and paid Group Fitness Classes?

Both free and paid Group Fitness Classes can be found here. You can filter for free or paid classes by clicking the “Category” drop-down menu on your local YMCA’s Group Exercise Classes page


How do I combine two different accounts? (I.e., a child in the family already has a youth membership, but they would like to add that youth membership to a family membership.)

You can add multiple accounts under one primary account; please call or visit your local YMCA membership desk for assistance.


How do I print out past receipts?

Search your email inbox first, as program registration receipts are always delivered to your primary account email. Past program registration history can also be found by visiting the “Balances & History” page after logging in to the Online Registration System. You can also click the green “Help” button on right bottom of the site, chat or leave your information and someone will get in touch with you.
